That’s how Talking Points Memo founder Josh Marshall (left) described himself at a conference on the future of the web. Ari Melber reports Marshall told the audience that traditional reporters are “terrorized” by economic and competitive challenges, and that when openings for entry-level jobs are posted at Talking Points Memo, applications come in from senior investigate journalists. The industry changes are bad for journalists, he said, but good for journalism.
