LATer shatters preconceived notions about newspaper blogs

Mark Glaser on the notions that 64-year-old Los Angeles Times political blogger Andrew Malcolm (left) has shattered:
* You can’t teach old dogs new tricks.
* Newspaper bloggers keep newspaper hours.
* Print reporters hate interacting with the public.
* Political bloggers must be openly partisan to get traffic.
* LAT will never catch up to the other newspapers’ leading political blogs.
