That’s what David Remnick tells Victor Navasky as he points to a cup of coffee that apparently costs more than a copy of The New Yorker. Regarding the editor’s famous work ethic: “It’s very simple. If you keep at it — if you keep pushing the ball up the hill — you’ll get something done.” Megan Garber is tweeting the discussion.
