Catholic school spikes student paper’s editorial critical of archidocese’s DVD
Student journalists wrote that the Twin Cities archdiocese’s anti-gay rights DVD “is inappropriate due to the civil nature of the issue, and the content is nothing more than simple, emotional propaganda.” The Benilde St. Margaret’s School principal also told students to pull an essay titled “Life as a Gay Teenager” from their paper’s website. David Brauer reprints the spiked editorial.
