The worst part of my job is missing my daughter, says Shadid

Editor & Publisher
Reporting from Lebanon, the Washington Post’s Anthony Shadid says there are at least two people he calls each day. One is his editor in Washington and the other is his five-year-old daughter in Boston. “She knows what is going on – I know she has cried about it,” he tells Joe Strupp. “It is a constant on my mind, that is the worst part about this job.”
