True/Slant boss: “We’re empowering journalists to develop their own brand”

True/Slant founder Lewis Dvorkin says his site is “tailored for the entrepreneurial journalist.” While some contributors receive a stipend for their work, others have an equity stake or a share in advertising revenue that they solicit.
