Poynter Leadership for Mid-Level Editors (M401)

Mid-level editors lead up, down, and sideways in their newsrooms. In this seminar, editors will identify and hone their leadership skills. You'll learn to coach, motivate, and develop staff; develop strategies for collaborating with colleagues on goals, priorities, and plans; and enhance your leadership abilities in the areas of ethical decision-making, diversity, and constructive feedback.
