"The Poynter Institute is a good resource for writers interested in learning the in's and out's of journalism. ... Colleen Eddy, one of their career coaches and HR manager has been a great resource. I was impressed at how quickly she returned my emails and phone calls and the leads she gave me were very encouraging."  -- Mae Sun
