Explanation: The drug is a nasal spray developed by Therapeutica Borealis, a Turku, Finland company, and actually contains these two substances. But the patent was obtained from a commerce department in the United States. The drug regulatory agency, FDA, has not authorized the use of the spray. Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine have no proven effectiveness against the Covid-19.
