Explanation: Coronavirus is not a "psychosocial" or "political war". To date, the COVID-19 virus has caused nearly 21,000 deaths in 187 countries where nearly 462,000 cases have been confirmed, according to the latest report released on Wednesday, March 26 by the World Health Organization (WHO). This was one of the audios that circulated on WhatsApp the day that Peruvian President Martín Vizcarra declared the national emergency and ordered the closure of the borders.
