Explanation: There is no evidence that Covid-19 vaccines cause miscarriages. Research shows that covid vaccines do not pose any risk to pregnant women and their fetuses. The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the Association for Maternal-Fetal Medicine recommend vaccinating pregnant women against covid-19. And the Macedonian Institute for Public Health also recommends vaccination of pregnant women.
