FALSE: The AstraZeneca Taiwan got from Japan was originally from an Indian manufacturer, whose AstraZeneca vaccine’s application for emergency use has been denied by the EU. That’s why 274 people died after vaccination in the past week.

Explanation: The batch of AstraZeneca Taiwan received from Japan was produced by American Catalent, not an Indian manufacturer. Indian Covishield didn’t apply to be approved by the EU.
