Jaden Edison is a recent graduate of Texas State University, where he studied electronic media. He will attend Columbia University in the fall to study investigative journalism. At Texas State, he served as the editor-in-chief of The University Star, the student-run news organization on campus, where he led The 11% Project, a yearlong examination into the trials and triumph of Black students on campus. He is a Chicago native.
