
Teri Finneman
Associate Professor of Journalism University of Kansas
Teri Finneman is an associate professor of journalism at the University of Kansas. She previously worked as a print journalist and multimedia correspondent covering state government, business and enterprise. She is the author of Press Portrayals of Women Politicians, 1870s-2000s. Her oral history work focuses on local and regional journalism history in the Heartland.She is executive producer and co-host of the Journalism History podcast. She is past chair of the AEJMC History Division and serves on the board of directors for the American Journalism Historians Association.
