The International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN) works alongside various partners to identify, fund and launch innovative proposals that address the global threat of misinformation. With support from partner corporations, the IFCN can award grants and fellowships to fact-checkers with solutions to enrich the exchange of fact-based information and protect the health and vitality of communities worldwide.
Grants are currently available for eligible applicants seeking funding to:
CLIMATE MISINFORMATION GRANT PROGRAM
Combat false and misleading information about climate change through the Climate Fund Misinformation Grant Program, funded by Facebook.
GLOBAL FACT-CHECKING MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
Learn from seasoned and emerging fact-checkers through the Global Fact-Checking Mentorship Program, funded by the Meta Journalism Project.
