Kayleigh Skinner is the managing editor of nonprofit news organization Mississippi Today, where she works with a newsroom of photographers and journalists to cover politics and policy in the state. Skinner is the first woman to hold an editor position at Mississippi Today, advancing from an education and legislative reporter to a member of the management team. She has appeared on MSNBC, NPR and BBC Newsday Radio to discuss her reporting.
