Sam Farah has been at the BBC since 1996 and is currently Head and Editor in Chief of BBC News’ Arabic network for the Middle East & North Africa. He started his media career in radio, as a presenter, then TV anchor, before moving full time into management. He loves painting, motor racing, and travelling — as long as it’s not for work. He lives in South East England with his wife Esther, their two sons Michael and Thomas, and a much loved Ragdoll cat called Enzo.
