48 Hour Magazine creators hear from CBS lawyers

CBS reminds the publishers that it has a series called "48 Hours" and writes that "your use is unlawful and constitutes trademark infringement, dilution and unfair competition." Mathew Honan, one of the magazine's creators, says: "To be honest, none of us even knew that there was still a program called '48 Hours,' so it never crossed our mind." || Rachel Sklar talks to Honan.
