Amy DuBois Barnett named Ebony editor-in-chief

She previously was deputy editor-in-chief of Harper's Bazaar, and has held masthead positions at Teen People and Honey Magazine, reports Phil Rosenthal. Johnson Publishing CEO Linda Johnson Rice says Amy DuBois Barnett "brings with her a wealth of experience, a keen journalistic eye and solid editorial judgment, which will serve well to help redefine the Ebony brand."
