It’s been nearly two years since a jury found that Village Voice Media’s SF Weekly engaged in illegal price-cutting for advertisements to try to ruin the Bay Guardian and the case is still being fought in court. The Bay Guardian on Monday asked for a stake in all property belonging to Village Voice Media so that it can collect its $21 million award.
