Concord Monitor invites gay couples to submit wedding notices

"Unlike at the Union Leader, if gay couples are getting married in the Concord area, we want our readers to know about it," writes Monitor editor Felice Belman. "And unlike at the New York Times, if young people who didn't go to Harvard or Yale get engaged, we're happy to help them tell the world."
