Concord police restrict information after council member's DUI arrest

Reports that previously had a narrative account of the circumstances that led to an arrest are now limited to a list of basic information. The change was made after City Councilor Fred Keach and his lawyer complained that too much information was disclosed after Keach was charged with driving while intoxicated last fall. || Earlier: Keach is charged but police say they're still working on the arrest report.
