Ex-Boston Globe reporter tells skyscraper foes to 'comment and comment and comment' on paper's site

Former Globe development reporter Tom Palmer -- now a PR consultant -- tells clients that online comments are "an important and even necessary way to influence opinion" and newspapers "don't like it, and some of them are even considering getting rid of the 'comment' feature because it clearly weakens their power."
