Ex-LAT editor O'Shea will join Creative Loafing's board if Atalaya takes over

Former Los Angeles Times editor and Chicago Tribune managing editor James O'Shea will join Creative Loafing's board if Atalaya Capital Management wins the auction for the Chicago Reader and Washington City Paper parent. O'Shea says former Des Moines Register president Richard Gilbert will be interim CEO if Atalaya is successful. || Eric Deggans: The battle for Creative Loafing could end today.
