Harrisburg U. social media blackout gets a lot of press, not much student participation

The provost guesses that only 10 to 15 percent of Harrisburg University's 822 students held to the spirit of the week-long social media fast, which ended today at 5 p.m. || ABC News: "At the very least, the moratorium has attracted plenty of attention for Harrisburg."
