Hawaii governor holds 'fake press conference'

Honolulu Civil Beat

Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie encouraged his Twitter followers to watch his press conference about the state reaching a tentative labor agreement with its largest union. But there was no press conference -- and the governor's office changed its YouTube caption after being called on it.
