Hearst's Black named NYC schools chancellor as Klein joins News Corp.

Hearst Magazines chairwoman and former USA Today publisher Cathie Black is a "superstar manager," says Mayor Michael Bloomberg. It couldn't be immediately determined what Joel Klein will do for News Corp., reports the Wall Street Journal. He's been chancellor since 2002.
