Minutes after news broke that Google’s Marissa Mayer would be leaving the company to become Yahoo’s next CEO, her name was trending on Twitter. Reaction to the news grew after Fortune reported Monday evening that Mayer is pregnant with her first child.

Mayer’s job change and pregnancy have renewed attention to discussions about women in tech and about whether women can, in fact, “have it all.”
