Judge tosses former Union-Tribune cartoonist's lawsuit

Forrmer San Diego Union-Tribune editorial cartoonist Steve Kelley alleged that the paper intimidated his successor, Steve Breen, into dropping plans to develop a joint comic strip with him. A judge ruled that Kelley hadn't "produced evidence of any unfair or unlawful business practice" by the Union-Tribune. || More from Rob Tornoe.
