National Enquirer ruled eligible to compete for Pulitzers

Pulitzers administrator Sig Gissler tells Richard Perez-Pena that he and his colleagues don't publicly discuss the eligibility of any specific publication, but sources confirms that the Enquirer was declared eligible.
