New York Times Co. reports fourth quarter, 2009 profit

The Times posted net income in the fourth quarter of $90.9 million and a profit of $19.9 million for the year. In the quarter, newspaper ad revenue fell 17.1%, compared to a 30% decline over the first three quarters. || Read the Times' release.
