Bernie Lunzer says the Newspaper Guild will focus on making sure its members at the Boston Globe are protected in the event of a sale. He acknowledges to Joe Strupp that “mistakes were made” in the contract negotiations, but he believes both sides can get to an agreement. “The national union was very concerned about the tenor of the talks. It was a flawed process.”
