Noted: Ousted Philadelphia mag editor's antics <i>did not</i> include 'tackling in the hallways'
Larry Platt says Philly Daily News gossip Dan Gross is wrong about tackling in the hallways at Philadelphia magazine. "I rescinded my Mandatory Coed Tackling Policy [in 2003] in large part due to my very responsible concerns for workplace safety. Interestingly, before rescinding the policy, then-staff writer Sasha Issenberg, though short, was a particularly adept tackler. He went for the knees."
