NY1 demands apology from congressman who threatened reporter

U.S. Rep. Michael Grimm threatened NY1 reporter Michael Scotto after Tuesday's State of the Union address, the station says: "Let me be clear to you, you ever do that to me again I'll throw you off this f-----g balcony," the station says Grimm said. When Scotto protests that his question -- about an investigation into Grimm's campaign finances -- was "valid," Grimm replied he would "break you in half. Like a boy."

FBI agents arrested Diana Durand, who is reportedly Grimm's ex-girlfriend, earlier in January on charges of making illegal donations.
