Review-Journal lawyer: Benefits of copyright lawsuits are worth the negative publicity

As to criticism that the Las Vegas Review-Journal and partner Righthaven sue bloggers without warning them about posting full stories, attorney Mark Hinueber says it's common for legal action to be taken against thieves without warning. He contends that "all content producers have done a mediocre job of educating the population' about copyright theft issues.
