Strange things happened after Plain Dealer publisher challenged his property value

Cleveland Plain Dealer
The county auditor himself called Terrance C.Z. Egger at the Plain Dealer to talk about value of his house. Finally, Egger's file at the auditor's office disappeared. || Related story.
