Madan Rao on criticizing government
Saudi Arabia dissidents have launched a radio station — Sawt al-Islah, or The Voice Of Reform — to challenge Saudi Arabia’s ruling royals and spark reforms within the secretive country. Saad al-Faquih, spokesman of the London-based Movement for Islamic Reform, said the new radio station allowed Saudis to participate in “live audio discussions through the Internet, where they can publicly criticize the government without fear of being tracked.”
