Robert Stolarik has his press pass back, the National Press Photographers Association reports.
Stolarik was arrested while on assignment for The New York Times on Aug. 4; he said at the time he’d been kicked and scratched by NYPD officers, who were “violent toward the media.” They confiscated his camera equipment, which he got back in the middle of the month. His press credentials were returned today.
“The next part of this process will be getting the charges dropped,” Stolarik told the NPAA.
