About the event
Every era brings new questions about how we share information and who we trust to report it.
On April 24, join Poynter at the St. Petersburg Museum of History for a free Community Conversation with journalists and media experts as they explore the shifting landscape of journalism, including the challenges of the digital age and the responsibility of the press to keep the public informed.
This one-night event is part of “Moments of Truth: An Exploration of Journalism’s Past, Present and Future,” a traveling pop-up exhibit presented by Poynter in celebration of its 50th anniversary. Together, we’ll discuss:
-
What challenges journalism faces in 2025—and what’s at stake
-
How trusted reporting can cut through noise and falsehoods
- The future of journalism in a world of algorithmic feeds and fractured trust
Register today and be part of the conversation.
