“Fresh Air” host Terry Gross and FNC’s Bill O’Reilly met again — this time on O’Reilly’s turf. From the transcript: Gross — “Well, Bill, I pledge that no matter what you ask me, I’m staying for the entire interview. …I think the [earlier] interview [on NPR] was very fair. The ombudsman [Jeffrey Dvorkin] criticized it. That’s fine. That’s the ombudsman’s job; to stand back and pass judgment on how things were done. He’s an independent voice.”
