Circulation calls to the Orlando Sentinel and other Tribune papers will go to APAC Customer Service, “a U.S.-based company with operations in the Philippines,” says Sentinel publisher Kathy Waltz in a staff memo. “The Los Angeles Times has successfully outsourced its circulation call center through this company for several years.” Employees at other Tribune papers received similar memos on Friday.
