It’s hard to be the Web site for a radio station if you only consider your mission to be an audio space. But when you visualize yourself as a media site, your options become rich. Chile’s Radio Cooperativa chose to create a visual site to remember 2008’s highlights.

This site has an intriguing visual interface that entices visitors to explore. The main page focuses on month names:



Click on a month, and each story from that month is represented only with a compelling photo or graphic. These images are the entrance point to multimedia presentations on each story. Mousing over any image displays a headline at the top.
