The White House press briefing room was evacuated Tuesday afternoon in response to an unspecified threat, multiple sources reported Tuesday.

Secret Service agents interrupted White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest mid-sentence and ushered reporters out of the briefing room, according to a video of the incident published by Storyful.

Bloomberg News reports that the agents didn’t specify a reason for the evacuation:

Officers brought dogs to check inside the briefing room, in the West Wing of the White House, and the area immediately outside. Reporters and photographers were sent to the Eisenhower Executive Office Building at the western end of the White House grounds.

USA Today writes that Capitol Police evacuated the Dirksen Senate Office Building in response to a bomb threat earlier in the day.

The briefing will resume once the Secret Service finishes clearing the room, Earnest tweeted:
